Akuter communicates information, news and software releases to customers through the Support web area. You must use your private logon information to access the download support site.

Please use the support phone number, or support e-mail, for information you do not find on the site.

We are always ready to support you and answer your questions. Information about how to contact us is available on the Contact Information page.

If you are a customer, you can check and download new updates through Access to the download area option. You need to have your user ID and password ready to check or download new updates. If you do not have the logon information please contact our support team to get one assigned for you, Contact Information .

Use the Report a Problem option to report your problem. The information that you provide will be directed to our support team. Make sure to provide sufficient information to the support team that will be enough to replicate the problem.
